Thawing and preparation of frozen lobster meat?

I bought a kilo of frozen lobster meat and I am dead scared of spoil their preparation, as it was not cheap. It's just a bath, 14 oz frozen lobster meat – It comes with no cooking instructions, and tried to Google and again, and I find instructions on thawing is / Cooking frozen lobster tails.
