In fruits and vegetables quickly, but I have hunger. Any good recipes?
I'm on a fruit and vegetable fast for 15 days and I have hunger. I am only olive oil for cooking and I'm just using herbs to taste (if applicable). I need recipes that follow along these guidelines. Any ideas or websites? I'm in fruits and vegetables only. No cereal, pasta or anything that is not a fruit or vegetable. No condiments are not vegetables.

For the sandwich: Preheat the grill to heat. If you use the tempeh: Heat the vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high and cook the tempeh in batches, if necessary, until crispy golden about 3 minutes. Transfer to towel paper. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place 4 pieces, buttered-side-down on a sheet of lined paper for baking. Spread a little Russian dressing side up. Evenly lay the pickles, if using tempeh, sauerkraut and cheese. Place the open face sandwich under the broiler and cook until cheese melts, about 2 minutes. Remove the grill plate. Spread the remaining dressing on the side discovery of the four slices of bread, place on top of cheese, top side with butter to finish the sandwiches. Back to the meat and toast sandwich, turning once both parties have golden Brown, about 2 minutes total, serve hot. ♥ very tastey
